Anna Zimmerman

Anna Zimmerman is a Senior Program Manager at Medbridge, where she leads the post-acute care clinician education solution. With more than eight years at Medbridge, Anna has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s clinician education offerings. She specializes in fostering cross-functional collaboration and managing complex, large-scale projects to create impactful learning programs tailored to the needs of diverse healthcare organizations.

Before joining Medbridge, Anna worked in community health, where she built strategic partnerships, coordinated multifaceted projects, and managed contracts to support public health initiatives.

Anna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound and holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington.
