The chapter will indicate the specific OASIS items that contribute to HHVBP measures, which will allow clinicians to know which items are key. General OASIS guidance, exclusions, item-specific guidance, and how the DC Function Score is calculated will also be provided to increase the clinician’s knowledge of the OASIS, leading to more accurate OASIS scoring.
